Founded by Carole Bryon, Lady of the Grapes is an independent modern French bistro and organic wine bar in the heart of Covent Garden, London.
Since opening in 2018, we have been dedicated to creating exceptional dining and wine experiences in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In June 2026, we are excited to open a second restaurant and wine bar in London Bridge, just steps away from Borough Market.

Our Wines & Food
Our wine selection focuses on organic, biodynamic, and minimal-intervention wines that express the true character of the grape and its terroir. Carefully chosen for their authenticity, purity, and craftsmanship, our wines are made using indigenous yeasts, with low or no added sulfites and without unnecessary additives, resulting in vibrant and expressive bottles that tell the story of the land they come from.
Complementing our wines, our kitchen celebrates simple, seasonal, and modern French bistro cuisine made with high-quality local ingredients. Driven by our Head Chef Matyas Plzak, our menu blends classic French inspiration with contemporary creativity, perfectly paired with our sommelier-curated wine selection.
